First Aid Quick Reference Hand Book – If you are prone to having mind blanks, or are afraid you might forget an important piece of information under a stressful situation, carry one of these handbooks. Will give yourself or a bystander some great tips.

Disposable Gloves – It is very important to have these in your first aid in order to protect yourself and the patient from spreading diseases. To be safe always put them on if you are applying first aid, even if there are no open wounds.
